What data and why

This site has no forms, user registration, cart or newsletter. We only process data when you contact us via WhatsApp, Instagram or email: your name or handle, the contact detail you use and the content of your message. The purpose is to answer your enquiry and, where applicable, handle your order.

Legal basis

Your consent and/or pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6.1.a and 6.1.b GDPR).

Retention

As long as needed to assist you and, if a purchase is made, for the legal retention periods (tax and commercial). Afterwards the data is deleted.

Sharing

We do not share data with third parties except where legally required. Messages you send are stored on the servers of Meta (WhatsApp / Instagram) or your email provider, subject to their own policies. The website is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. as data processor.

Third-party content

If you accept cookies, a Google Maps map is loaded, which may process your IP address and use its cookies under Google's privacy policy. You can decline and use the direct link to Google Maps instead.

Your rights

You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to mahimarbella@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
